Wedding updates
Here are some of the major activities and minor details in our wedding preps. Exciting! Countdown: 66 days to go!! Woohoo! π
July 25 – Application for marriage license in Las Pinas city hall
It’s a cute feeling filling up the form maybe because of putting your intention to marry a person on black and white. Also, all praises for the nice and accommodating staff of Las Pinas city hall. The process was a breeze and the office is clean and air-conditioned too. We got our license by August 5. π

August 14 – Prototype of mold for chocolate monograms
This is a gift from Pao’s cousin. We’ll be giving away dark chocolates with our monograms. Cute, isn’t it? These are just the first trial on our chocolate making. Good thing we have more time to practice. Haha! π

August 17 – Canonical Interview at St.Francis Xavier Parish in Nasugbu, Batangas
We initially thought that the Parish Church was just near Caleruega but NO!! It’s still a 30km drive from Caleruega. My golly! A short trip to Tagaytay became a road trip to Nasugbu, Batangas. We need to be there by 730am but since we thought that it’s just in Caleruega then of course we arrived late. Good thing there are couples earlier than us. While waiting we were asked to fill-up a form with all these interrogating questions. So funny! It’s like being interrogated with a crime.Β During the interview itself, we were also asked to raise our right hand and swear to tell nothing but the truth. Oh yes! Just like in the movies in a courtroom. Haha! π But the priest who interviewed us was very jolly so we are laughing all throughout. π But of course, there are still the serious part of priestly advices, promises to one another, and profession of love. It’s a good experience actually. π
